1 Definitions and Interpretation

288sb reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

3.3 Inactive Accounts

If an account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months or more, 288sb reserves the right to mark that account as inactive and apply the applicable inactivity policy. The user will be notified by email in advance in such cases.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited on the 288sb platform using the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The standard processing time for withdrawals is 10 to 45 minutes. However, if a verification process is ongoing, it may take a little longer.

• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your regular participation and activity. Cashback is paid every Monday within a set timeframe.

6 Betting and Game Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Bet outcomes are determined in accordance with the relevant game rules. In the event of a technical error, 288sb will review the situation and make a final decision.

6.2 Cricket and Football Betting

Markets and events for sports betting are subject to availability. The odds displayed at the time a bet is accepted are final. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be handled in accordance with 288sb's policy.

6.4 Technical Issues
